Kids Meditation and developing our emotions. Sometimes as parents we forget that our children are little people too. With little people living in a Big WORLD, comes Bigger emotions. Our goal is to help children develop their own identification for their emotions and how to live side by side with them rather than letting them take hold of our actions.
